1.)From written within posts and from inside of threads,there is to be NO personal insults and vulgaric antics what so ever.If you have a snide tendency to become sarcastic and morbidly witty,thats fine....thats all on a level of acceptance....if an insult hits a target and it is completely out of a "healthy" territory,then I will call you on it.
Cursing and Verbal Slang
2.)Cursing is not allowed from within the posts and threads,all that are primarily known have been blocked by the nifty choice wordblocker Ezboard has for us board owners.Asterisks are displayed in the curse words place.

3.)No Spamming & Atypical Advertising is allowed in TBR!
This is on a defined level.Anything that is SPAMMED and posted that is in reference towards drugs,narcotics,sexual abuse,racism and mundane inclinations in regards towards hate and personal torture....sadism is not allowed.Things will never get this far out of hand,but there are people out there.....bombs just waiting to erupt and implode.If you are a member and want to link your site or any other site thats fine,its more than welcome.There is to be no nudity in displayed images,this is a family oriented board for people of all ages.No greaseball,arm chair quarterback mongoloids will be allowed to wretch and trollop in here.In the dedication to historic art and other "special" occasions,nudity is allowed,it must be kept inside the realms of art though.

a question or need an immediate answer to something that is completely irrelevant to the thread,or you need to contact a Moderator,Administrator or myself (capecodindependant),then please e-mail us through are Ez-inbox's.If you are given a higher ranking and are appointed as a mod/admin or a forum host,ANY email that is sent to you must be drafted and sent to me before you make a move or decision in regards to what that email is about and its matter of content.Please do not de-rail and blindside are flowing threads and make a sudden halt.
TBR Banning
5.)When you are banned it means that you have been permanently removed from this community board,you will loose your access rights.
There are many reasons for why a member could be removed and banned...Rule #1 shows the criteria,Rule #2 shows even more.....and everything in between.There are thin lines as dense as salt grains,like the border facing south from Austria towards Switzerland.This is a very friendly board,very comfortable and adaptable....rules are meant to be followed to demand an order of conduct and peace.

The TBR Lounge
This area is for the TBR Founder and board moderators to sit back and discuss business strategies and share community ideas.Meetings will be called opon when there is a confict memo passed out or when we need to get together to discuss a contest from Le Louvre and other such issues.("Did you get that memo Peter>?,we've been noticing lately that youv'e been having problems with your TBR reports"....

When you are appointed and granted a moderator position of a certain forum,you will have access to the Lounge.Times and meeting shedules are on a "as needed basis",allthough I would like to have a TBR meeting at least once a month,if at least not once a week.
Banning,membership deletions,board problems and site statistcs will be discussed.Cold Aquafina,diet soda,breath mints,low-cal munchies and catering will be available opon arrrival.Altoids and Aquafina are the choice of scientists,mathematicians and physicists all around the world.....making hotel stays a brush with the wind,it breaks down all the packing.
